DECEMBER NEWSLETTER 2010

1) December tuition is due. Because of tight finances this year, all tuition payments must be made in a timely manner. All December tuition not paid by the 15th of the month will be subject to a 5% penalty.

2) COSTUME DEPOSITS: Are now PAST due:

The students will be measured for costumes starting the week of December 1. All costume deposits must be in place before costumes will be ordered. If you are having problems getting the deposit to me in time, you MUST speak to me ASAP.

3) OPEN HOUSE: One parent per student to observe child in class during the following dates, Friday, December 10th through Thursday, December 16th. Refreshments will be served, video taping is allowed. There are limited plugs, so make sure your batteries are fresh.

4) The Performing group is selling Christmas wreaths. They will be sold on December 4 and 11 at the 7-Eleven on the traffic circle on Route 58, from 11-2pm. . . . The wreaths will be 10-14 or 16 inches, plain or decorated. Check out REDancers on face book for more information.

5) HOLIDAY PARTIES. For all students will start December 17-23. Children will be assigned to bring in goodies. One bag will be fine.

6) AUDITION DATE: January 15, 2011, for any specialty dances in the show. Time is 1 to 1:30pm. . No other dates will be scheduled unless due to inclement weather. The theme of this year's show is: The Sounds of Music. You should speak to me about the different categories before you choose your music.

7) SCHOOL CLOSED: December 24 to January 1. Normal classes resume Monday, January 3rd.

8) RECITAL DATES: Show is June 18h . The rehearsal date is Friday, June 17th. There is a June payment due which must be paid up by May 15th. Classes will continue for one week after the recital. This will begin to allow me to continue through the summer as finances, as we all know are very tight.

9) In case of inclement weather, call the studio to hear the message of whether we are open or not. It will be on the machine by 9:00 am for our morning classes, and by 2:30 pm for the afternoon classes. Also, for snow closings you will be notified by e-mail. If I do not have a current e-mail for you or it has changed since registration, please update it as soon as possible.

10) NEW THIS JANUARY: We will offer Yoga class: Monday-Wednesday and Friday Mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 Download Flyer here.
