1) October Tuition is due. Please don't fall behind in your tuition. What is a manageable bill can very quickly, turn into a large amount . New, any unpaid bill longer than three months, the student will not be allowed to dance , unless arrangements are made with me! September nutcracker is past due, October nut cracker is now due.

2) REGISTRATION: We will continue to take registration for all classes not closed out until November. If you know people who still wish to register ,please tell them to do so as soon as possible. Registration is $28.00 First payment is tuition plus $7.00. All other months are as stated in the brochure.

3) REDANCER JACKETS: Still taking orders, until October 18th. Must have a minimum of 6 to place order. Prices are as follows:

I am also placing an order for any new Performing Group members that need the Team outfit and any one else that needs to replace any old items. Please speak to me about it, I will not chase you down. Any jackets that will be given as Holiday gifts, need to be purchased by this date.

4) We will be performing at the Country Fair this year on October 11th . We will only perform on the Sunday, not the rain date of Oct 12th. All performers please meet by the show mobile at 10:00am , fully dressed in costume, we are scheduled to perform at 10:30 am by the show mobile. All PG's will rehearse on Thursday, Oct. 8th ,from 7:30 to 9:00. Children performing in the Nutcracker for the Country Fair will rehearse ,Thursday October 8th, from 6:30 to 7:30.

5) School will be open October 12 th for Columbus Day .

6) We are closed for Halloween on Saturday , October 31,2009. Nutcracker rehearsal for that day ,TBA. See schedule of school closing here.

7) The date for the Nutcracker and Holiday Music Revue is December19th at the Riverhead High School . The tentative date for the recital is June 5th. We will continue to hold classes after the recital. Last date of school will be June 26, 2010.

8) TRIP TO NYC: to see NYC Ballet Company's The Nutcracker at Lincoln Center. The date is Sunday , December 13th -1pm show. Cost of the tickets are $55.00 for the 4th ring. We need a minimum of 20 in order to go. If I get 48 or more, we will charter a bus to leave from the studio, otherwise we will take the train in. If you are interested money must be paid in full by October 17th. Once tickets are ordered, they cannot be refunded.
