1) HAPPY NEW YEAR AND BEST WISHES FOR 2010!

2) January tuition is now due.

3) There are still about 20 students that have not paid the costume deposits. NO COSTUMES will be ordered for those students. Deposits must be paid immediately!

4)EARLY PLANNERS: Recital: Riverhead High School

Rehearsal; June 4,2010
Show: June 5 Shows, 1 and 7:30pm There is still a June payment due,
as class will continue for the next 3 weeks after the show.
June tuition must be paid up in full by May 15,2010.

5)AUDITION DATE: January 16,2010 for any specialty dances in the show. You make up your own dance and show it to a panel of judges. The choreography must be 90% done at that time. It should fit into the theme of the show, and be age appropriate. You will be judged on appearance, choreography skills, technique, and whether it is good or not. The time is from 1-1:30pm. No other dates will be scheduled unless due to inclement weather. The theme of this years’ show is I‘m Hungry, Let‘s Dance!”. It can be any song as long as it is appropriate for a family show, and is food related. This is not open to PG students, only to the general dance school.

6) SCHOOL CLOSED: January 18th for Martin Luther King’s Birthday.

8) In case of snow, please call the studio before coming in . If we close, it will be recorded on the answering machine. For morning closures call by 9:30am , for afternoon closures it will be recorded by 2:30 pm. The phone number is 727-3998 . If I decided to cancel class while classes are in progress, you will receive a call notifying you of our intentions.

9) SKI TRIP: Sunday February 14,2010: Windham Mountain. Open to all REDancers students,. Cost: Ski : $70.00-Snowboard:$75.00. This includes RT Transportation , lift ticket, rental and beginner lesson. Sign up by: January 16th , money due by February 6th.

10) Meeting for Performing group Parents: Thursday, January 21, 6:30pm .
